Dyche on Michael Calvin’s Podcast
Probably worth a listen.

Haven’t listened yet, but the preview appears to be him talking about a lack of investment in the squad.

Always interesting to hear what he says - perhaps the most interesting part is what was said in the discussion (without him) after the interview finishes, particularly by Lucy Ward.

I was talking to mate who is a Huddersfield Fan, and he says that the Interim/New manager will be leaving soon, and the club had mentioned Dyche pre season in the ethics the clubs need both on and off the pitch.

I think he'd be a great fit there, not sure they'd be able to pay him even half what he was earning at Burnley but I'm sure they could put huge incentive's in for promotion.
I hope he finds a club again soon, I'd be really interested in how he got on and set his teams up.

Thanks for posting, that was a good listen. Wherever he goes next, they will be incredibly lucky to have him.

Yeah, I’m not sure I picked that up quite as strongly as Lucy award, but I guess it depends on your preferred narrative.Chester Perry wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 1:30 pmAlways interesting to hear what he says - perhaps the most interesting part is what was said in the discussion (without him) after the interview finishes, particularly by Lucy Ward.

Great interview from Sean.
I still think he’ll end up at Forest this season.

Re: Dyche on Michael Calvin’s Podcast
Always an interesting listen to and does sell himself well. Doesn't say much directly about his sacking but is clever enough to hint at some of the conversations he has had with the 'new owners' and lack if investment going back prior to the takeover. Lucy Ward was very complimentary in her comments after his interview.

Was half way through listening to this when my internet went down. I’ll give the last bit a listen later.

Good listen. Sean Dyche knows "his stuff." I'd love to sit with him sometime over a few slices of marmite on toast - maybe an accompanying omelette.
