Surely got to be pay on the day now, assuming Shrewsbury have the set up to take cash. We didnt have to go in via a turnstile for the friendly though so you never know..

When you add an under 12 to your basket it applies a discount, not very clear at all, but no surprise as they cant even tell us tickets are on sale....

Yes, just checked with the TO and initially they have to show a price, which then defaults to £0 in the basket.

I emailed the club on Friday asking for prices on two different sets of seats in the ground, in different stands, fir my 80-0dd year old in laws who are not able to set up a Clarets account.
I left a voicemail as well for a call back, tried countless times to ring them yesterday and today, and still got no response.
Ticket office is a shambles - even the store said when I rang them instead that “there’s definitely people up there”

You need to use a 2nd Clarets number (you can only buy 1 ticket per number).

I got number 21/22 at 11:17am so it looks like they’ve sold just over 100 this afternoon without actually telling anyone they’re on sale yet.
I guess they’re awaiting the actual tickets before announcing maybe ?

Do we know if tickets have turned up at Burnley yet? Would rather go down and buy in person than be relying on them turning up in the post on time.

I would still check with the ticket office if possible, as they refused to hand over tickets for Watford I think it was where they moronically refused to hand the tickets over the counter to the customer and posted them out to him instead with the tickets in front of him

They should be available from the ticket office up until lunchtime on Tuesday.
