Preston away
Just looked on their site and it seems we will be given the full away end again.
After seeing segregation in their recently on a few occasions, I thought Preston might be getting more home fans on to permanently have fans in there.
Prices behind their other goal are 28 quid.

Re: Preston away
I don't think they've had Preston fans in there for a bit now. Boro definitely had the full end for the last game of last season.

Re: Preston away
Just checked and they had the segregation up for the Hull game but no Preston fans in.

Shame this is on a Tuesday as would have been great to have a sold out away end in there again. Can’t see more than 3k with kids being back at school etc

Re: Preston away
Having to book the train as the coaches set off too soon for any school aged kids. apparently a 1.5 mile walk or taxi ride

Re: Preston away
Don’t the pubs put busses on to the ground? Seem to remember them doing last time
Re: Preston away
Last train seems to be 2226 which is probably doable as long as getting out of the ground isn't too bad.

Re: Preston away
That’s the catch 22 with a huge away end . Fill it or partly fill it a few times a season or phase in home sections ,which gets tricky when you get teams who can fill it !
Great ( one of my best ever BFC nights ) there when we sealed promotion to prem ( or virtually?) rammed full and as loud as we’ve ever been .

Re: Preston away
For the Friday night game we had to walk back as the 3 double decker buses filled up very quickly.
Either we walked back in plenty of time or the police held the trains up.
They will not let 1000 Burnley fans hang around in Preston.
I will be going on the train again.
Is their not one train going to York and one going to Colne on the slow train?

Re: Preston away
Yeah think we are being given the entire end. A lad I work with is a season ticket holder for North End and he said they were unavailable for them in the Kop. And when I emailed their ticket office they confirmed there won’t be home fans in there
