Not true NC93. We’ve been far more effective this 2nd half. Just not enough. But 3 games into the project, we’re learning. Hold firm
Come on NRC we haven’t been effective at all.

This game could have been played for a week and we still wouldn’t have scored

Honestly, I can’t remember when I didn’t this was the case.

Maybe Gray days…

Centre halves have been decent. Brownhill decent. Cork since he’s come on, decent.

The rest, pretty poor.

No end product from the couple of games I've seen, hopefully it'll come but nice football counts for nothing if you can't score.

Dyche got slated for performances like this in the premier league.

This is abysmal
It’s nothing like a Dyche performance. Not even remotely close.

It’s not abysmal either. Yes we don’t have cutting edge but the rest of play has been decent. We don’t deserve to lose that’s for sure. They’ve done next to nothing and Bachman is possibly MOM

Personally it's more "Not sure what people DON'T see in Lowton". Yes he doesn't overlap much, he sits deep, he's not the type to beat a man, but he's defensively excellent and has a real good deep cross. Very underrated player and one I'm sad to see sidelined even at 33.
Id have lowton going forward all day

The only game we've missed a striker is the Huddersfield game really where we created lots of clear cut chances. The lack of goals so far isn't down to bad finishing in the box, it's down to not carving out enough good goalscoring opportunities. We will need a striker obviously, but here and against Luton it hasn't been our downfall.

Deserved a point but some real worries tonight.

Lack of a cutting edge is a huge concern. Dominate the ball all you like but we’re pretty clueless truth be told when we reach their box.

Just to give some perspective, Watford are unlikely to get better. Chances are Pedro and Sarr will go. We will get better and they were very lucky tonight.

We deserved a point but there’s a lot to criticise in that performance. The centre of defence was strong, the goalkeeper messed up twice (again), the centre of midfield improved with the addition of Cork.

Benson, Costelloe and Barnes were very poor - Benson especially was a massive disappointment. Tella came on and I honestly forgot that had happened. Vitinho should be starting based on his cameos thus far.

We never had a performance in the Prem where we had 65% possession, 82% pass success and 22 attempts at goal, it just never happened 😂 and the opposition only had 1 shot on target.

We had the best chances of the game, Brownhill very unlucky there.

Patience is required - we are still missing our main creative sources in Twine / Jay Rod.

Really promising signs in the second half.

Some absolute nonsense being posted tonight, they've had ONE shot on target, and made it count, well 2nd half we've been by far the better side, and their keeper has foiled us on 2/3 occasions.

Yes there's plenty for the gaffer to improve, but if anyone seriously expected us to sweep all before us in this league, well overhauling pretty much the entire squad they are deluded.

Get some perspective for goodness sake, it's a long season, and when we get the players VK wants we'll be a real force at this level.
