& none of us also have any idea what it's like to take home thousands of pounds a week it'd be fun finding out, you are making it sound as if he's getting up at the crack of dawn & toiling in a foundry for the day, he's doing a job he supposedly loves & getting handsomely rewarded for it, if we all had that ability on this forum we'd kill with both hands to swap lifestyles with him.
I don't know what point you're making here other than, 'if you have lots of money, you can never experience a negative feeling again for the rest of your life.'

I'm sure with that kind of money relaxing in a hot tub drinking champagne surrounded by gorgeous dolly birds would be just the tonic I needed when experiencing "negative feelings" we don't have a clue & are speculating on his mental health anyway, it's a leap to make the connection that he's on a football decline so the mental health card is the problem.

If that's the case then I sincerely hope you come into some money, Jakub. Once the currency hits your bank account and your ability to feel/express negative emotions is erased, your posts will be much more pleasant to read.

Fingers & toes crossed I ever get that opportunity, chance would be a fine thing. Good day.

Doubt it'd happen although with Kompany you never know... he'd be some signing. Even considering his lack of form over the last few seasons.

Hadn't followed this topic originally, but reading it now, there really are some complete idiots on here. Just because you have a lot of money, talent etc, doesn't mean you have the perfect life. How many 'famous' actors, comedians, performers end up addicts, suicide victims etc. Grass is always greener eh? No it's not.

Everton might have been better off having him back when Dyche took over. He would have been better showing what/if he could do there with Dyche than sitting in the stands watching until the end of the season.

I have to say I watched that day when Spurs demolished us. The day Son scored. I thought he was superb.

Could be that fame and fortune has gone to his head and he has literally taken his eye of the ball a bit like Rashford at United

I don't know what's gone wrong with him. It's always tempting to take a punt, hope he will return to his former self. Unfortunately, it rarely happens, if it's mental illness and I don't know if it is, he may never be able to return to playing at this level. With mental health issues, the answer always seems simple to those who don't suffer, an arm round the shoulder, snap out of it or what's he/she got to be depressed about,. Physical pain is easier to understand as we have all suffered it at some point. BTW, I do not suffer from mental health issues

Is the injury between his ears?

I’d love to see him at Burnley. He’s a class act - just needs some focus.

If anyone can sort him out then Sean Dyche can - and I bet Dyche will be chomping at the bit to get a fit and firing Dele Alli.

It's a tall order but I believe he can do it - just look at how he sorted Keith Treacy out

I see empty eyes when I see Dele Ali. I think he's a troubled soul. How much is of his own making or not, I have no idea.

I feel sorry for the man. Gone off the rails and appears to be on a slippery slope, the concerns should be about his mental and arguably physical wellbeing.

Quite a libelous headline from the Sun today saying he'd been seen taking a "drug" before stating further down in the middle of the article that it was in fact laughing gas, which at present is still legal

I beg to differ. If it's not a drug, what is it?

Currently some aspects of it are still legal, while others are definitely illegal.

I hope we can all agree though, that it's certainly dangerous.

Wouldn’t want him at Burnley. His attitude when he was on a high at Tottenham was shocking. Very overrated at the time and was bigged up by everyone unfortunately which has spoilt yet another lad’s career. Too much to soon and now the hunger has vanished.

He came to the turf in 2016/17. He was the best player on the pitch. By a long long way. He’s had
a serious breakdown mentally in my unqualified opinion. Such a shame because he was going to be Englands best player at the time.

He’s 26, he’s male, he’s has sustained some extreme pressures for his age. In short he’s a prime candidate for mental health issues.

Some on here lack any sympathy because he earns good money or because he might have been a bit arrogant at times. Some of the most confident/ arrogant people I know are the most fragile mentally.

It’s amazing how people are written off in all walks of life at such a young age. Of course he has time to get back to where he was.

I remember reading a terrifying ordeal he went through when his house was broken into a few years ago. You don’t know what goes on in people’s private lives.

He’s a top talent and I hope he gets back to where he was. He was a joy to watch.
