Person Sitting on Ground during Victoria Station Flooding

This film was on the news last night and I thought it a bit odd.

He's not sitting in the water. The puddle (or "flash flood") doesn't go beyond the gates. You can see that the young lady walking in front of him hasn't got her shoes wet.

Unlike the BBC reporter, I failed to be shocked by the appearance of a big puddle when it rained hard. :roll:

Possibly another sad case of someone who lives their life on the streets.
