Buying junior clarets membership

Post by Foulthrow » Thu Aug 18, 2022 4:22 pm

I’m trying to buy junior clarets membership for my two lads. I can log in to buy match tickets but it won’t let me log in for this. If I try to register them separately it tells me that these customer details already exist. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

Are the 2 lads ST holders?
If so you have to log in using their Clarets number & password and buy using their accounts.

Spent a frustrating 45 mins trying to buy Junior Clarets membership for my grandson before figuring that out the other night!

Yes, they are ST holders. They have clarets numbers but I’m sure I haven’t set a password for them.

They have to have an account to make a purchase ( and get the £5 discount for being ST holder)

I used the log-in option, entered grandsons clarets number then selected 'forgot password ' - got a password reset email sent to my email address (as I'd used that to set his account up but it was 3 years ago).

I then reset the password, was then able to log in to his account and purchase the JC membership using my debit card.

Did it change the price to £15? I’ve gone through to check out and it’s staying at £20.

It did change to £15 when I used his original clarets number and the new password to log in.

The mistake I was making originally was that I forgot he had his own account so I had created a new one for him (just to buy the JC membership) using his Dad's email.

However that meant grandson was given another clarets number so the system didn't recognize the new number as a ST holder so wouldn't apply the discount.

Which games can the members attend a game for a £1?

Not sure how it works.

I'm assuming the Club will nominate which games it applies to but apart from receiving an e-mail confirmation of JC membership we've not received any further information.

You should receive a a membership pack with your junior clarets membership card and a few other bits. We collected ours from the reception. They will post out the packs too if you prefer.

Does anybody know which home games the members can attend for £1?
I’ve emailed junior clarets but I haven’t had a response.
