I managed to drop two mates off and be home for 10:30, parked in the perfect place for getting away. It was much quicker than getting home from Turf Moor and I only live 3 miles away.

Regarding the smoke bombs or what lever they call them, maybe I’m old and boring but I find them pointless, I only hope those bringing them in are your 15-17 year old as grown men surely can’t get any enjoyment out of them 😂 maybe it’s just me but they’re pointless

A neat and tidy report Tony, welcome back.
It was totally unnecessary to postpone the Norwich game, a pathetic but typical decision by the football authorities.

Good report Tony. So glad to see you mentioned the problem with the smoke bombs. I was hit with one thrown but the guy next to me bore the brunt of it with his face covered in the dust as it rebounded off me...as seen on twitter and on another thread on here. It is moronic and only a matter of time before we get a serious injury. I'm very surprised the police don't take issue with it as surely it's classed as missile throwing.

Share the sentiment about flares. There was no mention on Sky, I guess that's the current approach, say nothing, give the flare throwers no publicity.

Let's make sure everyone gets the message to stop it before someone get's hurt.

Cheers Tony great report as always, re the flares they were about 12 seats or so away from me, they looked a couple of brain deads and I'm sure they were caught on cctv ad the police pointed in their general direction a few times.

Good report again, CT. A derby game( of sorts) with neither keeper being called on to make a save.Perhaps acceptable from their perspective but not from ours.

I have to report serious concerns over some during the celebrations. It seems it’s now obligatory to release smoke bombs, usually in claret and blue, with no concern for the welfare of anyone else.

It’s not just when goals are scored either. In the previous game at West Brom, I got caught up in this activity on the concourse ahead of the game. It’s a major problem for me personally with my breathing issues, and I saw one steward there seriously struggling. More than that, I believe someone was hit by one at Deepdale and it is only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured. Please stop it lads before it’s too late.

Well said. Reproduced so any numskull can see what the result of us think of their dangerous antics.
