Had anybody received their tickets yet or know if available to collect?

I boobed by not changing from “collect” but contacted them to ask if could be posted out, which they said they would change, but my online purchases still shows as “collect”

wilks - I had exactly the same scenario, where it defaulted to collect and I asked them by e mail to post them.

Mine arrived by post today, so hopefully the same will happen to you.

it won’t let me buy any tickets , doesn’t says it’s sold out but won’t let you add them to the basket. Have we sold out?

Not sure tbh wilks but when I got Sheff U, the default mode had reverted back to post for me.

Tried to buy 2 adults and 2 children and comes up with a message saying there aren’t enough tickets available for what you’ve selected. I then try to add just one adult and get the same message

I’ll keep trying

We sold out the initial allocation of 2000 and then received a further 850.

The fulfillment notification for my Sunderland tickets is (unusually) down as 'N/A'. I just rang the ticket office, and I was told that all tickets with fulfillment 'N/A' were posted out in a batch this afternoon.

Only game I don't want Burnley to win, I am away down your best mates tomorrow. I'd happily take 4 out of our next two games, 3 wouldn't be end of world.

The default was to collect which I missed off so had to go down yesterday to pick up

Ours haven’t arrived yet. Ticket office said they were sent out last week. I understand there’s another postal strike tomorrow so looks like I’ll be at the ticket office on Friday to be added to “the list” for reprint and collection at Sunderland on Saturday.
What is going wrong? Is this the club’s fault or Royal Mail? I live in Burnley so even second class post should have come by now. By the way, collection was not offered when I ordered. Postal only.

They are still on sale at the Ticket Office and go off sale at 12 noon on Friday.

I went to the ticket office yesterday got told to phone them today if my tickets hadn't been delivered. Postal strike today so still no tickets. I asked them to cancel my two tickets and reissue me with two unsold ones, but was told that it wasn't possible as there was only single seats left. I was then told that it wasn't a problem and I'd just have to find the ticket office when I get to Sunderland, queue up and my tickets would be reprinted for me.

It seems that unless you physically can't get into the Ticket Office, 'Collect' is the best option and £1 cheaper!

Yeah……if you actually get that option. I didn’t. I’m still waiting for mine so looks like I’ll have to phone tomorrow and ask to be put on the re-print list to be collected at Sunderland. I ordered mine on 28th September. It really is a shocking service and I don’t buy the RM strikes as an excuse.

The same thing has happened for many Burnley fans at every away game this season, me included.

I ordered over the phone and the person on the other end just said they’d post them out and put the phone down. I didn’t get an option.

I'm in the exact same position. I'm thinking there is a batch of tickets that didn't get posted.

After the mess they made with my Wigan tickets I'll always collect now, luckily I work in Burnley so it's easy enough but I realise not everyone has that option.

No surprises, the tickets didn't arrive in the post today, so I'm collecting reprints from Sunderland ticket office tomorrow.

I still maintain there's a batch of tickets that didn't get posted, and the ticket office basically don't know where they are.

If anyone's tickets still haven't arrived, you need to contact our Ticket Office in the morning and get them to arrange a reprint to be picked up at the Sunderland Ticket Office. Also, an email to our TO tonight wouldn't do any harm. Quote your purchase number. ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com

Quite possibly but surely it's not even beyond the capability of our TO to just phone/fax/email Sunderland.
