I would have preferred a thread on John Wayne.

What has organising the funeral got to do with breaking the law… toff trying to suggest he is above the law in modern England shocker.

Footballers/MP’s/company directors/celebrities all over the place utilising the services of the loophole lawyer to get off speeding tickets and bans. They don’t NEED a driving licence, they have the money to employ a driver/chauffeur and so does this fella.

But if they get off, then so should he.

Having said that, none of them should get off if they are guilty.

Someone trying to avoid a ban by claiming they need their car for their job is hardly news, or novel. Thousands of people will do it every year so why shouldn’t he?

I know a fella who wriggled out a driving ban because of work circumstances… still not made a bit of difference though. He still races up my street.
