It seems to say that their manager’s ‘success’ has been achieved by him choosing a leadership team consisting of amongst others, Heaton, and by having a no-dick-heads transfer policy. I don’t think Tom Heaton has any relevance to their transfer policy.

You opted to go for Fernandes instead of Maguire. Even his forehead isn't the most obvious thing to note down on this.
