I’m in Puerto Rico for the USA game…. I’ll be wearing my England shirt…. I reckon the locals will appreciate that…

Assuming everyone will beat Iran, they really need something from this.

It's a poor advert for international football when Keiffer Moore changes the game.

Both teams look quite short on quality.
The US look a fit and mobile team.

Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
I’m missing someone obvious but who was the last Burnley player to play in the World Cup?
Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
Bale and Ramsey have been the worst players on the pitch.

Roberts giving me similar thoughts as when he plays for us ,seems to be stuck in no man’s land ,doesn’t seem to be fullback, winger,or wingback, although I think he’s playing ok,

Roberts doing fine. His use of the ball is very good as befits a Burnley player!

Apparently Gareth Bale is a genius for scoring a penalty

Think he's just messed himself.
God knows what he'll do if they get a winner.

These US fans are booing every tine a player goes down - were they not watching when they did it?

Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
You'd think Bale had scored a hat-trick of Scorpion kicks listening to Tyldesley and Harston waxing lyrical about his "genius" . He's done next to nothing bar score a penalty.
Roberts has been very decent and one of their best players on the night imho.

Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
The commentary is so patronising towards Wales. Cringeworthy even for Tyldesley’s standards.

Connor played very well.
Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
Deserved the draw, Bale looks like a spent force but he still has moments of quality. Roberts played well

Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
Thought he had a very good game
Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
shame about the tackle on Bale at the end. He was lining up to knock it in from the halfway line; that would have been some story!
Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
Why wasn’t Ream booked for his challenge on Bale? (Already booked as well)
Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
yes it was, had a free 1 pound build a bet and at half time put wales to win 2 1 and bale 2 shots on target, 30-1

Don't worry. We are used to it. We are treated like England's pet cat at times like this.
I feel totally knackered. Not really felt like that since sheff u play off final. Euro 2016 was just fun by comparison.

Tommy Cassidy played alongside him but not sure if he was on our books that Summer.
The pair of them did a Q&A in the Centre Spot early the next season.

Re: Roberts watch - Wales v USA
Good game from Connor, both defensively and on attack. Seems like he plays right back when defending and right wing back on attack - a bit like he is for us. I reckon a solid 7 or possible 8 in our Player Rating System
