Expect even though it's a bigger allocation than usual that we will sell out on day 1 .. hope I'm one of the lucky ones

Would be a fair effort to shift 7 thousand tickets in one day.alki claret wrote: ↑Tue Nov 22, 2022 8:50 pmExpect even though it's a bigger allocation than usual that we will sell out on day 1 .. hope I'm one of the lucky ones

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Sorry for being thick but how many tickets can one person, with a Clarets number, buy ? I'm an ST holder though that's prob not relevant.
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
I am old! £14
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Normally it's 1 per Clarets number but increases to 4 (?) once on General Sale but with having such a large allocation this may change.Stalbansclaret wrote: ↑Tue Nov 22, 2022 9:00 pmSorry for being thick but how many tickets can one person, with a Clarets number, buy ? Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Will sell out easy
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Surely be some effort to shift 7,000 tickets 4 days before Xmas
I think last couple of trips in the prem got to gen sale at £30 a ticket and that was less than half this allocation

Lots of families will go to this.
Kids Xmas present will be a ticket.
Plenty will have finished work as well by then.

the marketing email I've received from the club quotes:
Sale Schedule
Season Ticket Holders (one per season ticket)
Monday 28th November at 10am
General Sale
Thursday 1st December at 10am
Hope that clarifies it
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Season ticket holders 1st
Then gen sale days later
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
So no points required.
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
No, they go on sale to ST holders first.

Re: Man U tickets on sale
Just bought mine. No option of where to sit like we have had for the majority of away games this season.
Re: Man U tickets on sale
got mine at 09:15 this morning... happy days
Re: Man U tickets on sale
9.30am for me, Iam sure it won't make any difference, but anyone waiting till 10 have wasted an hour
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Lucky it doesn't matter, if we only had a small allocation and it caused me to miss out I wouldn't be happy.

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
My brother and I are both ST holders so can currently buy one each. Is there a way we can buy tickets sitting next to each other ie one each but next to each other ?
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Buy them together in the same transaction.Stalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 11:59 amMy brother and I are both ST holders so can currently buy one each. Is there a way we can buy tickets sitting next to each other ie one each but next to each other ?

One of you will need to add the other to as their Friend & Family, then you can purchase them both on the same orderStalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 11:59 amMy brother and I are both ST holders so can currently buy one each. You won’t be able to do it separately and guarantee being together

Just link your accounts, then one has to purchase for both of you.Stalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 11:59 amMy brother and I are both ST holders so can currently buy one each. Is there a way we can buy tickets sitting next to each other ie one each but next to each other ?
That or purchase, note numbers and email the ticket office requesting you’re sat together. Has sometimes worked for me.

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Very easy, amended 3 friends/family last night. Just need Clarets number/surname/post code to add to your account. As pointed out by Leisure when the accounts changed a year or so ago, you can only have 6 F/F on account at once I think.Stalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 11:59 amMy brother and I are both ST holders so can currently buy one each. One thing that will persuade many to make the effort is to see how our team shape up against a Premier League side, even though they will be under strength
Wouldn't normally bother as I can't stand the hassle of OT but this time I might give it a go

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
You probably need to attribute one ticket to your number and another to your daughter's usuobg the drop down menu, then update, then check outcolnegeezer wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 12:27 pmI have entered both my details and my daughter's but can't checkout as I have two tickets in my basket, what am I doing wrong ?

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Assuming your daughter is loaded as a friend/family member on your account then when you buy the tickets it's necessary to change the name against her ticket using the dropdown menu ie click on your name against the second ticket and change it to your daughter'scolnegeezer wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 12:27 pmI have entered both my details and my daughter's but can't checkout as I have two tickets in my basket, what am I doing wrong ?
Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Over 3000 tickets sold as of 1.30...
This will sell out I'm sure.

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
Plenty of people will have finished work by then, school holidays as well so people will fancy taking the kids to OT.Top Claret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 28, 2022 12:31 pmOne thing that will persuade many to make the effort is to see how our team shape up against a Premier League side, even though they will be under strength

Re: 2022/23: Manchester United – Ticket Information
OK, so probably for another thread but I am wondering the best way to travel to OT for the game from Burnley - I don't normally travel from Burnley but this time I am as I am picking the (adult) kids up on the way. I was considering using the tram park and ride from Bury or Whitefield...? thoughts?

Taking the kids and since they’re off school hoping to take them in to Manchester first. Considering the X43, but then a bit worried about a) getting back in to town on time for the journey back, b) not getting on if it’s full.
Anyone know of any coaches returning to Rossendale would be much appreciated.
