Still waiting on mine. If it doesn't arrive Monday I'm completely stuck. Will be at work from Tuesday AM until I head to OT straight from work on Wednesday evening. I won't have time to go to the ticket office before the game either

Had nearly 3 weeks to get it sent out, which is pretty shoddy even taking the strikes into account

I called in at the ticket office.
They said anyone who hasn't got them by Tuesday morning, call the ticket office, and they will get OT to reprint for collection.
It's a disaster waiting to happen. The queues could be horrendous, and there's no guarantee that you can rely on BFC to pass on all the correct details without a cock up.

I’m told mine arrived this morning. Not sure when they were posted but they were ordered just after 10am on the 1st. Talk about cutting it fine

If thats the case id watch it on tele and seek refund

My fear exactly.

Mine still haven't arrived. I gave my son the option of getting a refund and watching at home, but he wants the grandson to see OT. It looks like an early start to avoid the queues at OT. You would hope that the Post Office would treat the mail like stock rotation, and deliver those hanging around longest first, instead it appears that the old stuff has just had the latest piled in front of it. Couldn't organise a p!$$ up in a brewery.

I would think that the barcode on the original tickets have been cancelled but you'll only know if /when you present them at the turnstiles or just ask the TO.

I rang the ticket office at 9.40 to order the reprints, and the tickets turned up at 10.40. Sod's bloody law.

Anyway, reprints cancelled, hopefully, so no issues.

Well, my ticket still hadn’t arrived yesterday so rang ticket office and they told me I’d have to get it reprinted at old Trafford before the game. Got here, went for a reprint, not there, they can’t find my name anywhere saying I even had tickets. Showed them my confirmation email from 28th November and the 2 tickets that finally arrived at my house today, that when I rang today to ask if I could use them, they said didn’t work so not to bring them.

So anyhow, abit back and forth between our ticket guys and the Old Trafford ticket office saying there was no tickets in the seats I had tickets for they finally let me into the stadium just over 25 mins into the first half. Proper shambles operation.

I wrote a letter to Alan Pace a few weeks ago complaining about a similar issue and the complete shambles in the ticket office. I had a reply recently to say they had listened to my concerns and were addressing the issues...... obviously not.
