The lesser spotted Twine to make an appearance?! What a boost that would be (Churlinov and Westwood hopefully too).

Would assume they’ll need a good few days full training before going into a match, so depends on how long they’ve been back (Friday it seems).

Personally find comments like “the lesser spotted Twine” poor.

Lord Lucan might be more appropriate.

Wouldn't worry. It's increasing common these days for people to be too easily offended, often on behalf of someone else.

Truth is we have paid £4m? and got nothing for it yet. Making light of it shouldn't be an issue.

3-1 90th min great 2nd half. Helm and tucker again stand out. Would love to see helm go out on loan, next level.

Played well tonight with a very young team. No Dodgson, Costelloe, Bauress or Lewis.

Who do you suggest we should leave out so that we can hive him a go? Cork? Cullen?

I'd have thought the natural next step for a player like Helm would be a loan to a lower league team.

Imagine they will be kept around the 1st team squad for this mini "pre-season"

Helm sounds like he has promise, however it's a big leap from the U21's to the Championship.

Probably best for him to go out on loan and garner some valuable FL experience.

Mellon is another striker who keeps banging them in the youth set-up, but we've had plenty of them down the years who haven't made the jimp to the 1st team or even established themselves at league level.
