Endsleigh
Endsleigh
The club have just announced on LinkedIn that the team will be switching sponsors to Endsleigh on the home shirt for one game. Not sure when or why, but I'd love to get hold of one of those.

Re: Endsleigh
When this shirt was first leaked, I stated it was a shame Endsleigh wasn't on the front. This looks really nice. I wish we wore it for the Blackburn game though... as a ten-year-old, I used to imagine us dismantling Blackburn and thats the shirt we'd be wearing.

Sponsorship does occasionally work: I insured my motorbikes with them for about three years when they were sponsoring us last time around.

Snap ... but I never used a betting company whilst we had betting companies sponsoring the shirts ...AfloatinClaret wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 1:13 pmSponsorship does occasionally work: I insured my motorbikes with them for about three years when they were sponsoring us last time around.

Me neither, though I have a bookmaker brother in law for the rare occasions that I want a bet; he's not yet forgiven me for the 20/1 to beat Chelsea in the 2017 season opener.

Re: Endsleigh
Interesting to note that Endsleigh still hold 200 shares in the club - they did not take up last year's offer - which would have given them considerable profit even if they never used the club credit element

That’s true, a lot have small man syndrome on here.
Re: Endsleigh
I have never bought a POCO home or a P3 computer. Might have bought a Hollands Pie. Think my mum took out student insurance for me, not sure why ! but thought Endsleigh were too dear.
Endsleigh were defo the best shirt sponsor visually.

My M8 Mike and I were sat in the "Quarterdeck" Bar at lunchtime in Bournemouth having a pre match pint before heading to the game at Dean Court... A lass came over and asked where the insurance convention was as she had seen loads of people wearing Endsleigh Shirts around the town that morning ... we said it was on the pier & why was she asking ... She said was a Student and her Mum had taken Student insurance out for her

How would it work if they’re a none for profit organisation?Chester Perry wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 8:24 pmInteresting to note that Endsleigh still hold 200 shares in the club - they did not take up last year's offer - which would have given them considerable profit even if they never used the club credit element
I don’t know much about them, I thought I’d read that recently though
