That is the biggest unknown bet. Ridiculous that someone sanctions that purchase.

At 16 he is marked. At 17 someone could break his leg. The money will probably go to his head and he will not work to develop his talent....which is probably shared by thousands of 16 year old kids.

Is is some sort of money exchange?? Sounds dodgy all round.
