A man and his wife go into town for a bit of retail therapy. After about 3 hours of walking up and down the high street looking in shops and on market stalls, the wife turns to her husband to say something, but he isn't there

.

She starts panicking and picks her phone out of her bag and rings her husbands phone.
After about 5 rings her husband answers...

Angrily she says "where on earth are you ... I'm worried"

In a soft voice he replies
"well darling you know that little jewellers at the top of the high street, where we looked at that beautiful diamond necklace, just after we got married 6 yrs ago, but we couldn't afford it"

With a little smile and a tear forming at the corner of her eye
"Yes I remember it well my love"

"Well sweetheart .... I'm in the pub next door"

I’ve seen it many times but have no idea where it is. Always tickles me. As an ex-firefighter we were trained to go under the nearest rails. Those are for road use.

That photo was taken in Adinkerke, Belgium (where people used to go for cheap cigarettes and tobacco).

I was there on Tuesday. Not in that particular location.
The tramline that goes up to knocke-heist is guarded most of the way up, and dualled, so this might be a rarely used bit of track.

That said, there are lots of sections of tramline over there where you basically drive along the same bit of road that has the tramline on. So in this picture, you'd expect a car to go along in the left to right direction as well as north-south. The road in to rotterdam centre directly from the ground at excelsior, for example, does that. It can be a bit odd driving along it as the car likes to slip a few inches off the track.
