Bit of a pain if you're wanting to buy for a group.

Despite picking seats in V1 at 10am this morning, it looks like we have been given seats in V2. About as far in the corner you can get.

Do you have an email receipt confirming your seats?

Called ticket office and bought 2 tickets at 12 noon. Told "lots of tickets available." But, only able to buy V2.

I think what's happened is I put 3 seats in my basket on 2 occasions but others had bought at the same time.
Then it must have put me onto the V2 page without me noticing. With the big block not being onsale at the time it looked like the last few tickets of V1.

Unsure. V1 & V2 look to hold no where near 2,200 so c600 in each block.

The upper tier holds 1900 I think, rest of the tickets will be in the lower tier I'm guessing.

Well V2 has 18 rows with c35 seats on each - so 630 in total, V1 wasn't any bigger but cant see the seat map now as its sold out.

so is block V2 the corner block, as we think, as looking at the seat map on out ticketing website it doesnt match the layout.

unless - the way its been put onto the ticket website is bizarre

Think you missed my point. The layout of block V2 looks different on the video than the website.

Looking at the actual seating plan for V1 and 2, I can’t fathom out just how we have 2200 seats? The lower tier is very small

I think in cup games they allocate block E to away fans too providing both V blocks are sold

This is what i've been saying, V1 & V2 have c600 seats each

and if you look at V2 seat map, the smaller section of it is on the left (on our ticketing website), but looking at the video of the stand, the smaller section of it is on the right. i think...

If that's the case we may try and move to block E if it's only half full. Our tickets are right in the very corner.

I was about to ring the club up and change my tickets to block E and then the postman dropped them through the letterbox. Bloody typical.

For anyone still needing to purchase tickets, at the minute you get a choice of blocks V2 and E. If you click on which block you want and then click on the black Select Seats box at the bottom, you'll see the seating plan for your chosen block. E is closer to the half way line.

I can understand them not wanting the extra work in an already busy job.

But giving me seats in the wrong place which I selected, then giving me tickets 4 rows in front of the seats in my email and purchase history.

I might have a case for change.

But it might be warmer right in the corner, protected from any wind.

That's a different matter. I got wrong tickets for Birmingham and Sunderland. I sort of got Sunderland sorted but not Birmingham.

No, they just have a bizarre system when they don’t make all the tickets available online, so it shows as sold out until they release more.

There should be more seats in Block E available on Monday. But with so few being available late on Friday, you would have thought that it would have been anticipated that these would go over the weekend and that they would have added more seats to the system before close of play on Friday.

They are clueless.

And why they can’t add all the tickets to the system, at least for the current blocks on sale, is anyone’s guess.

Spot on Leisure. I also noticed that when they released block V2, they didn't release any of the front rows.

They might have already been sold to big groups? Or Ipswich might not want the front rows selling for safety reasons.
