Burnley football club my account question
Just bought a season ticket for next year ( direct debit) but whilst looking through my profile,in the on account section it says I have 82.00 credit. Does anyone know how I use this. Thanks
Re: Burnley football club my account question
You can redeem for 40 pies over the course of this next season

Love the pie idea, but I sort of meant how do you transfer it from my account to buy tickets

Ask the man who sells the piesclaret3561 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 4:34 pmLove the pie idea, but I sort of meant how do you transfer it from my account to buy tickets
Re: Burnley football club my account question
Could it be your refund following covid? The only reason I suggest this is because last year I went into the ticket office and asked what happened with the suspended games. I was told, cash back, donate to club youth section or if you did nothing, went in your account. We did nothing. She checked my account and there was a credit balance of £90! My son had £30. Since then, we have spoilt ourselves with a twix each on every game.

Re: Burnley football club my account question
Correct, 8 twix bars....that's single bars not 8 double chocs.

I don’t think so, but in all honesty I’ve not tried. The girl in the office said it could go towards season ticket renewals, home tickets, not sure if she said away tickets and spending in the shop. As we’d just renewed our season tickets, we’ve been chipping away at the balance in the shop.

You can spend it on jelly and ice cream at our Promotion party at Ewood

Isn't a single Twix bar all wrong ... Twix is and should always be a "Pair of Chocolate covered toffee and biscuits" ... not a "Single Chocolate covered toffee and biscuit"
Thats why they called it TWIX
And breathe Rant over
