Good morning all food counters. A big game coming up so needs one of the largest ever food items to count - Peppadew Roasted Red Peppers 465g. The backdrop is somewhat nostalgic. Drainage will commence at 9am on Saturday morning. 5 points for the number of peppers and 5 points for the liquid

So here we go. First of all many thanks to all who took part. A very deceptive jar. There were only 4 1/2 peppers + 2 tiny pieces , I reckon that's 5 to the nearest and 132 ml and 132g of liquid. Both confirmed by Mrs Dawlish - who is the ultimate arbitrator of all things mathematical and food related.
Well done to Cabbage with the nearest of 6 peppers and green_parrot with 130 ml.
For those who might be interested, we are stuffing the peppers with feta and grilling them as a starter tonight.

Hi FS we award 5 points to the nearest mls of liquid and 5 points for the nearest number of items
ie
Cabbage was nearest with 6 peppers and Green Parrot with the mls of juice... so both got 5 points
but if 2 or more people have the same guess and are correct they all get 5 points ...
Hope thats clear
