Both clubs are showing it at 7:45 on the Tuesday in their fixture lists but it does remain subject to change should it be on TV

Both tv channels really should by now have said which replays they are showing then all clubs can make proper announcements

So, just to get things straight, season ticket holders have until 5pm on 2nd February
to claim there seat, but they are releasing them for general sale at noon the same day !!!!!
How does that work then ?
Additionally, where are those seats that won't be sold ?
Blocks 5, 13, 21 in this stand will not be sold.

In fairness if the club announce the game is Tuesday night then either BBC or ITV say we are showing the replay but it will be Wednesday more people would be annoyed at the club. Until both channels announce which game they are showing I don't think the club can be certain.

Just been on the club ticket site, hospitality packages name Ipswich as the opponents, but show Cardiff City club badge, and there's not an option for me to claim my seat in the CF stand, maybe my block isn't in use(block 21).

I imagine they'll be offering the whole of the Cricket Field to Ipswich if they want it.

I agree. They could easily have decided on Sunday night which games they would show - there was only one unknown by then, they could easily pick an either/or. Especially as Sunderland v Fulham is tied on to be first pick, so only one more to decide on (which will certainly be Sheff Wed v Wrexham if BBC are picking second, and probably will if ITV are picking second.)

Who’s worrying? I’ve bought my ticket as can make any night that week. Others won’t be able too. It’s another bizarre decision, along with the one not to bother telling season ticket holders in the cricketfield they can’t buy their seats.

Wouldn't surprise me if BBC's first pick is Wrexham the way Lineker was fawning all over the celeb owner on Sunday

The BBC are showing Sunderland-Fulham live on Wednesday, so even if our game was chosen for TV it would still be on Tuesday (unless they're doing any red button replays, perhaps?)

BBC website under fixtures is showing as Tuesday 7 February. Just looked at our fixtures for Feb and its literally 2 a week all month-going to need that squad depth

Have they def given the entire CFS to away fans, my seat is in there but far enough away usually, but its not in my basket and can't select my fav seat. Its not been well advertised if that's the case. Think under FA cup rules they do have to give a larger % to away fans so would make sense if no home fans in there although not happy about it

It is 15% but the two clubs will have discussed it and come to an agreement. We didn't get anything like 15% at Portman Road but didn't need it.

15% yes. Remember when we played Lincoln, think we had to give them around 3,200 tickets. There were just a few hundred Burnley fans in the Cricket Field, which will probably a similar scenario if we were to play Sheff Wed.

I know there's 2 seperate gated/fenced areas in the CFS, so maybe thst allows for cup allocation.
It's nearest 3 blocks to the away end, so maybe they get those extra 3 blocks to make it up to the required %
Theres a bit of recent history regards disorder with Sheffield Wed fans

Have you managed to buy a ticket using the phone or calling at the ticket office? I can’t find this stated anywhere.
