I was in St Andrews last summer and there's a great pub called the Criterion on South St serving homemade pies and a great selection of cask ales.

Pie sadly no longer with us...the bakers on the left as you drive into Crawshawbooth on the way to Burnley....no longer there,and custards that blew your mind as well.
A Malt difficult to pick one but I'll go Kilchoman Sanaig Islay single malt.

Start off in Burnley with a Moorhouses
Then to Haslingden for a pie: Cissy Greens meat / DT LAW steak
And then to Rammy for some old single malt Glen morangie/fiddich I can't afford from the Vineyard.
