All the utensils needed are sterilised and place on the operating table shelf (work top beside the sink ).

This tin being an old style sealed tin with no ring pull (they were only 39pp budget peach slices after all) needs the full medical procedure to gain entry and remove contents.

No more guesses thats it Drainage begun ....
