Must be something in the air in Yorkshire at the moment.

National League however they face a battle to remain there after a run of defeats.

They are one of many who have fallen rapidly down the leagues, Oldham, Southend, Stockport and Yeovil are others who spring to mind.

You're right, but hadn't they drifted lower than that at one stage in recent years?

Yes they dipped into the National League North for 5 years. despite this their crowds have held up well averaging between 2.500-3,000.

Webb’s only been at York since December.

Chaos at Huddersfield - all of Corberán, Schofield and Fotheringham gone since the end of last season.

Huddersfield seemed to be picking up.

Fotheringham has been getting dogs abuse for a while now. To a man they are ecstatic that he's gone.

Not surprised re Fotheringham. He's been giving bizarre interviews from the moment he got the job. He seems like a manager you wouldn't want to play for, unlike Dyche and Kompany. He's the wrong side of intense. Angry, almost personal when talking to media. Performances and results have been poor, although not all his fault - the club's skint.

Huddersfield have been making some dreadful decisions recently. Baffling appointment that they’ve at least now remedied. Crucial game against Wigan next.
