Yeah - more professional & better athletes.

Plenty of skilled players in the lower leagues but when you pair that with pace and power that’s when you get a top player.

Though I must say that the championship is a lot more professional now to what it was ten years or so ago - players look a lot leaner and more muscular than the 2000s

It is. The lower down the divisions you go, the more strength + long direct balls wins you games.

Yeah I think people mean ‘more physical’ here basically as ‘rougher’.

Refs tend to be a bit more lenient, no var etc.

I am unsure.
There are top athletes in the top 2 divisions, I doubt the physical demands are wildly different in either league.

League 2 players are all puny weaklings,
League 1 similar but with a bit of muscle
Championship are physically quite strong
PL, hard as nails
