Happy plastic paddy day to those who celebrate it because of clever marketing by the retail sector

Whiskey with an e?

Sounds like a messy day.

When I think of St Patrick's Day now, I can only remember some bloke stood in front of me at Ewood with a big green hat on the day that the match officials thought it was appropriate to allow David Dunn to score when yards offside.

Need to find a parade then off for the obligatory Guinness’. May venture to the Thatch in Oranmore - hear they pull a good pint.

Happy St. Patricks one and all.
Bit wet for any of the parades but I’ve got a match tonight to warm me up.
Peace and love.

Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit!

Happy Paddies day!

I got married on this day many moons ago… now very happily divorced, so today is back on the map. Will raise a glass later, but may put a little full moon water in with it to the ancestors too, covering both bases.

Whiskey with an “e” in USA and Ireland, without an “e” elsewhere.

I got some Jameson's and the label defo has the word "whiskey" on it as it's a product of Ireland and not Scotland or Japan etc.

Sorry, just a bit of poor joking from me. I was meaning he was having whiskey and an E - sounded messy.

Ah, I see now, I'm afraid that got by me. "E" might be pretty old hat now but not a drug du jour when I were a lad and a fair bit after the time that I was an experimenter with non-legal substances. ;)

Happy St Patricks day all who celebrate it.

Certainly a good day for the Irish at Cheltenham, and they have the prospect of winning the Grand Slam tomorrow.,

Just finished a work meeting in Liverpool- jeez it’s a big thing here. Got the car today but noted in the diary for next year. Who knew.

Burnley have many Irish fans from the West of Ireland and beyond with many of our Families -Mums and Dads - Sons and Daughters- Grandchildren being proper devout Clarets for probably 50/60 years plus.UTC
