Fantastic through ball from Beyer (I think). Crucial tackle to save a goal.
Nice play.

Re: City v Clarets Match Thread
Maybe it's because I'm American, but you've got a chance to go to Wembley and the league is all but sewn up, why doesn't man-management include putting our best foot forward?

Inevitable, really.
A couple of sloppy decisions. Looked like Al Dak went chasing a ball he shouldn't have.

Haarland just accelerated away, the minute he saw his chance.

Need to keep our heads and not go overboard and get smashed a couple more on the break.

Peacock aimlessly kicks it out of play and we concede
Re: City v Clarets Match Thread
That’s the difference in levels.
Luckily we only need to play this lot twice next season.

Damage limitation now, I'd say.
Re: City v Clarets Match Thread
Peacock been woeful with his feet. What a shame we couldn’t show off Muric’s talent.

Re: City v Clarets Match Thread
You can’t mark Haaland by holding a line. He’s too quick. You need to be a couple of yds behind him to stop them playing the through ball. If he pushes up on you call Cullen back to sit in front.

The difference in keeper more obvious than ever in this game. BPF way short.
