The frustrating thing is that when this happens the website shows 'Sold Out' and then without any pre-information tickets appear on sale again. So it's only by complete luck that people find out that tickets are again available!

Who knows? Maybe they've just found the tickets for that block or it's an additional allocation.

Got mine weeks ago, I'd email the club and see if they've been sent. Might be able to get reprints sent out to you if they've been lost, saves faffing around at Rotherham.

Just got through and was told that there was a problem with a small number of tickets not arriving from Rotherham but that they have them now and are being posted today. The very polite person said that if they haven’t arrived by 17th then you should contact the ticket office on 17th and failing that (ie not getting through) they can also be reprinted if details are shown at Rotherham ticket office on the day.
