Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Just wondering how many people who have the ballot successful in their purchasing history haven't received an email from the club.

Me. Clicked on resend email and now have the email.
Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I've clicked on resend and it just says 1 x Ballot Successful... in the email. No purchasing instructions or anything else.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
My purchase history says successful. No follow up email from the club though. The game still says unavailable on the website for me too
Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I'm assuming it says unavailable for everybody still. The club said tickets would be able to be purchased in the usual ways.ClaretSam92 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 12:51 pmMy purchase history says successful. No follow up email from the club though. Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Didn't receive email bu found I was successful on purchase history and receive an email confirming so when I click resend. I applied for 3 tickets however it is unclear whether I have been successful for all 3 (I thought it was a case of all or nothing), as the purchase history is showing 3 quantity ballots, but just 1 quantity ballot successful. Can anyone shed any light?

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I applied for 4 tickets, all for fiends and family.
Two of them have notifications in their ticket account to say ballot successful.
One of them has no notification and doesn’t even have a ballot entry in his purchase history.
The 4th one has no idea as he never uses his ticket account as I do it all as I’m at home more etc and have easier access.
As the one that submitted the application I’ve had nothing about any of them.
Other than that it’s all very clear;-)

Have you clicked resend email? When I did so my brother got the confirmation. Pretty sure it’s a case of all are successful or none.Burnley1989 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 1:26 pmSounds like our lots situation as well mate, applied for 3, 2 saying successful, 1 can’t log on and no emails to any.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Surely ballot successful means you were successful in entering the ballot, nothing more.
Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I applied for three with friends and family. Purchase information says ballot application with a quantity 3. Ballot successful only has a quantity 1. I'm the only one who receives emails. Not sure if I've got one or three.

Do we buy tickets for coaches after? I'm through to payment page with no option of a coach.
Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Coach tickets are on the away tickets page.claretlegend wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 2:25 pmDo we buy tickets for coaches after? I'm through to payment page with no option of a coach.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I've just spoken to someone who requested three. He's got one but he, as the lead, hasn't got one, it's one of the other two.
Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Has he tried to book, because my email didn't say how many tickets I could book, but when I went to book I could order the two requestedClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 2:47 pmI've just spoken to someone who requested three. Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Managed to buy all three in the end so worth double checking.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Got my email at 14:08 to say successful for the 2 I applied for and went into my login and purchased as normal for away matches, no difference in the purchase other than the ballot, all gone through without a hitch, seems odd all these other situations that people are encountering.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
I’ve just received an email, confirming that I’ve been successful in the ballot, and provided with a link to purchase my ticket. I have been Informed that I have until 4pm on Wednesday, to complete my purchase.

Maybe its how the club are dealing with Rovers. ' Sorry we've sold six thousand by mistake'.claretgimmer wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 2:55 pmGot my email at 14:08 to say successful for the 2 I applied for and went into my login and purchased as normal for away matches, no difference in the purchase other than the ballot, all gone through without a hitch, seems odd all these other situations that people are encountering.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
is there anything stopping you going back in and buying more, bought the one i was sucsessful in the ballot as normal, but its letting me go back in and selecting more seats, does it stop you at the payment stage.

Just tried it and it does allow you to select seats for multiple tickets but when you get to checkout it says I am only allowed to purchase 1 ticket on that clarets number.ClaretTricks wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 3:00 pmis there anything stopping you going back in and buying more, bought the one i was sucsessful in the ballot as normal, but its letting me go back in and selecting more seats, does it stop you at the payment stage.

All worked fine for me. 4 applied and I've paid for all 4 tickets, plus coach... They can pay me back.

Re: Ballot Successful vs Email from the club
Successful but we arent dong the coach travel as travelling from Rossendale so its easier to go over Grane rather then drive to burnely to get a coach to Blackburn, has they mensioned if we'll get any of our 'own' parking areas?
