Transfer is for the next window, this embargo is not effective in the Premier league
Reckon we’ll be ok considering it’s an EFL embargo.
I see what you did there.
that's actually not correct. I listen to Keiran Maguire (or whatever he is called) and he was asked that question - he said whilst 'technically on paper" it is correct there is an agreement in place between the PL and EFL that any embargo's are honored - we need to get it sorted and we willAGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 7:52 pmTransfer is for the next window, this embargo is not effective in the Premier league
Think the PL would be in an incredibly difficult position if they sought to uphold an EFL sanction, when it was their own lack of action on Everton’s financial law breaking that caused our relegation in the first place.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 10:12 pmthat's actually not correct. Is that the guy who said we would plummet through the football pryimid like a stone after getting relegated last season?Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 10:12 pmthat's actually not correct. There were many reasons for our utter capitulation last season…. Everton being in contravention of FFP rules is so far down the list of excuses you’d need bino’s to see it.
no that's Alex Scott of Talksport. Keiran Maguire actually is an expert
Alex Scott is either a wonderful female pundit on BBC’s Football Focus or wonderfully talented 19 year old midfielder playing for Bristol City.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 2:49 pmno that's Alex Scott of Talksport. Keiran Maguire actually is an expert
Alex Scott was also the guy who said Josh Brownhill was going to West Ham on a free last summer (despite having 2 years left on his deal), Scott literally steals a living
Oh yeah, forgive me, posted before 7 am, before a coffee and having only been up for 5 minutes.
Just for clarity Vegas. Keiran Maguire is a poser who went on talksport and massively misrepresented our situation leaning into us going down so as to align with the talksport party line of our club being in despair he is a self described expert and very quickly backtracked once the evidence of us paying the loan was revealed he has as much credibility as Alex Crook, not Alex Scott.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 2:49 pmno that's Alex Scott of Talksport. he knows more about football finance than pretty much anyone else and that is indisputableHistoricalClaret wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 5:50 pmJust for clarity Vegas. Swiss ramble is better for a starter so I wouldn’t say it’s anywhere near indisputableVegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 7:09 pmhe knows more about football finance than pretty much anyone else and that is indisputable
I meant on here, I didn't make that clearHistoricalClaret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 12:25 pm"more than anyone" Yeah I am sorry I dont agree with that.
