How many away days go to general sale next season?

Post by Milltown1882 » Wed Mar 29, 2023 8:12 pm

Given all the debate about loyalty points and ballots etc while we’re smashing teams on a weekly basis, how many away days do you think will go to general sale next season when we haven’t got it all our own way?

I’m going for 11.

Not many, I'd d say 5 or 6, plenty will want to see how Vincent kompany's Burnley get on at the top table.

But I hope you're right, then I'll be able to attend more away game's 😂

Will have larger allocation every game, which’ll help. I’ll go for 7.

I’ll go to more than our last term in the Prem, hopefully 8-10.

I won’t go City though (if anyone wants my points)

Interest will soon drop off a bit once we start losing a few. None of the grounds in the Prem have any novelty value anymore either. Also lots of trips to London/the South.

Im hoping Bournemouth, Southampton and West Ham/Palace go down.

Get the Northerners back in there.

Personally my interest won't drop off regards losing a few..........novelty also doesn't enter in to it. I'm not keen on the "ground" tickers... its a p!ss poor reason to go to a game. Also lots of Trips to London And Down south gives me more chance to support my team .....than say the short trip to Ewood where I'd struggle to get a ticket.

After recent events I've made the tough decision to boycott all away games next season. I'm still considerng whether to extend my boycott to all home games as well

With any luck Leeds will get relegated so you can watch them on Saturday at Elland Rd, then tune in to us on Super Sunday.

Leeds aren't going down but even if they did I'd have no chance of getting a ticket such is the demand due to their amazing support. Only time I get to go on Elland Road is in the away end when they play Burnley cos its not hard getting a ticket for 90% of Burnley away games

In fact I might reconsider my boycott and go on the Leeds match when Burnley play there next season

Hopefully the club have the sense to not automatically take reduced allocations this time.

I don't think we'll have any game with the same supply/demand issue of Blackburn unless Blackburn go up.

I'm sure Agent_Claret will have some interesting ideas about the sales periods for next year. Maybe we should ballot, if successful after the game you are cast out into the wilderness and can only travel away again once you make it back alive.
