Today's Football 01/04
Re: Today's Football 01/04
Preston v Blackpool, the referee was Andre Marriner and that’s how to ref a game, kept up with play, let plenty go unlike that idiot last night.

Re: Today's Football 01/04
It's a long shot that they catch both, however they are playing without pressure and Boro and Sheff Utd have expectations on their shoulders after being up there for most of the season.
Luton have pretty much booked their play-off berth with that win, and their home form is really strong so it wouldn't be a huge surprise if they beat Boro, which would do our prospects no harm at all.

Bradford and Costelloe beat Grimsby and Glennon in a 5 goal thriller to boost their play-off hopes.
Costelloe didn't make it off the bench, well Glennon played 79 minutes before being subbed,

Big six pen, and no Leeds probably wouldn't have been awarded it.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 3:51 pmStone wall pen for Arsenal at the Emirates, no way that's given at the other end. PL sucks

3 quick goals in the EPL after half time. As well as Arsenal, Cherries get an equaliser and Bees another at the Amex.

Re: Today's Football 01/04
Neil Warnock all over this.
Re: Today's Football 01/04
3 up Arsenal
I feel much better about our 6 0 v City, having watched them demolish Liverpool.

Re: Today's Football 01/04
SheffU take lead with offside goal, from the replay angle I see. Comms agrees.
Re: Today's Football 01/04
Wow that Sheff United goal was offside for sure. I’m sure they’ll take it though

I'm not sure. Haven't seen a side on view, but Hanley could be keeping him on. McAtee thought he was off though by his reaction - didn't even celebrate, was expecting the flag to go up

Re: Today's Football 01/04
We can be promoted next Friday if the current results stay the same. We need Luton to drop points against Millwall earlier in the day then beat Middlesbrough in the evening to confirm it.Roosterbooster wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 4:26 pmStays like this and I think we could go up on Friday

Re: Today's Football 01/04
Did a couple of Boro players not come out for the second half?
Re: Today's Football 01/04
Should make the game against Boro a bit easier as they've no chance of automatic promotion.
