The surprising Premier club that yearns for Hazard
Facebook twitter Comments
The Belgian still has some magic in his boots and there is an English club that is willing to recover it for the cause

Eden Hazard is practically sentenced at Real Madrid , where he hardly counts for Carlo Ancelotti and only has one more year left on his contract ahead. The Belgian has been one of the worst signings in recent decades at the Santiago Bernabéu due to his multiple injuries and the Meringues would be more than open to him leaving in the next transfer market if a fairly decent proposal arrived.

In the last few hours, Vincent Kompany has dropped that Eden Hazard still has a spark to hold on to, he still has plenty of quality to redirect his sports career. The Belgian coach is at the controls of Burnley, the current leader of the English Championship, with a return ticket to the Premier League practically assured, well, the club would be moving to try to convince the Real Madrid winger, the first of they is to use their coach to try to get closer to the player's environment and little by little let them know of their interest.

- The best for your career

Honestly, Eden Hazard has no future at Real Madrid while Ancelotti is on the bench and he has already let it fall that he will continue on the bench, so the best thing the Belgian winger could do is focus on his future and try to to return to the Premier League, a competition in which he performed best and do it together with one of his close friends from the Belgian team, Kompany, who blindly believes in him.

If we signed Eden hazard I’d genuinely be done even trying to predict football.

He wouldn't be a footballing signing with that injury record.
He's be a marketing one

This has a Gazza feel about it.

Probably the best player I’ve seen live. He ripped us to shreds on more than one occasion.

BUT he is nowhere near the player he was and whilst it would sell shirts and get us international recognition I doubt it would be a success on the pitch.

I'm prepared to give VK and Hazard the benefit of the doubt. If anyone can turn him around it's VK, worth signing him just for the exposure and a few cameos.

A mere 32 years old and a massive friend of our manager.....Just imagine Hazard in Claret & Blue next season.

Imagine folk saying Eden Hazard isn't good enough for Burnley. Some comparing him to Gazza at the end of his career . Am I dreaming? :D

We should look to get Jutkiewicz back again as well, then we would have 'The Juke and Hazard' up front ....

Imagine

Perhaps Vinnie is dropping a hint to the board that Hazard may well fancy one last flirt in the prem with his buddy Vincent .

One can dream but this is as unlikely as it gets .

His injury record since being at Madrid is appalling

I know you can't predict the future but one hell of a risk

The last injury prone Belgium midfielder we had, didn’t do too badly, just a shame we weren’t able to get more from him

For all the players I have personally seen play in the Premier league, it would be, in my opinion, between him and Fabrigas as to who has been the best player.

But for many reasons, very much doubt this will happen.

No, doesn’t sound like he’s said anything to get us linked at all.

It would be a huge yes from me, but only if free and pay as you play. I don’t think we could afford a huge wage to be taken up with someone with a poor injury record.

Didn't we do a deal with Ian Wright on wages that he got the money from merchandise with his name, or have I made that up? If so we could do the same.

zero chance - he's the exact opposite of what we need. I'm looking forward to the links to KDB when they hear Kompany once called him world class

Indeed, I think Thorgan would be a better punt, but he too is quite injury prone.
I don’t think Eden can cut it anymore at high level. He probably prefers a big money contract in Saudi Arabia

I know my Spanish is limited, but I thought that it said "having shat on Gareth bale for years, the next midfield player laid waste by real madrid is Eden hazard, who the meirengues and their glory hunter supporters will now do their best to hound out of the country so that they can splurge another 100 million on the player they believe to be this year's new sought-after disposable toy.
Tony kroos will be the next victim/scapegoat once they have enticed dortmunds wunderkind to play in the all white stadium."

Seems any Belgian is auto linked to us because “ he’s Vinny’s best mate “etc . It clearly isn’t gonna happen . The last washed up injury prone ( though technically v good ) Belgium gave us 2 prem goals over 3 injury ravaged seasons .

What's the most recent injury that Hazard's had that's meant he's been on the sidelines?

All of his injuries are listed here, but the most recent was Patella tendon irritation
He's played 392 mins of football for Real Madrid during the last season
