mdd Technically the Chesterfield game wasn't a title clincher. Carlisle could have pipped if they won the next day by seven goals. Thankfully they didn't. On the same note we have only clinched promotion once on a Saturday since the 60s at Scunthorpe

I was at QEGS in 95 when they won the league and we got relegated. Never heard the end of it. Now the tables have well and truly turned!
