Pubs for tomorrow
Usually drive to Bristol but on the train tomorrow.
Where are people heading for a few pints before the match? Heard Bedminster cricket club is decent but we’ve never been so not too sure.

Re: Pubs for tomorrow
Back in the bad old days the London Clarets hired a room. In a pub near the ground
Re: Pubs for tomorrow
The Rising Sun close to the ground, never been any trouble there. both sets of fans chatting together.
The Pump House across from the Marina is a pleasant location but not cheap.

Re: Pubs for tomorrow
Bristol Beer Factory opposite the tobacco factory sells very, very good beer. Loads of decent pubs on North Street, about 10 mins from the ground.

I'm heading to the Nova Scotia - good beer and outdoor seating by the harbour. 10 min walk from the ground

Re: Pubs for tomorrow
Were staying down here for the weekend with a (Bristol) City fan. He's adamant that he's never seen any away fans in the Rising Sun and says it wouldn't be the best idea for away fans to go
Reckons the rest of the suggestions on here are good.
Re: Pubs for tomorrow
Well, I've called there a few times and all was pleasant, and a few other Burnley fans had colours on.

Going to be quite a sess, clearly.....
Re: Pubs for tomorrow
The Rising Sun wasn't allowing Burnley fans in, according to the doormen they never allow away fans in there.
It was possibly the only pub not allowing Burnley fans in.
