Hacked off with this!

I logged in many times and clicked vote here last week and watched video but no voting opportunity until, suddenly, it did!

Doing the same now it is the Qtr Finals.

Click on the click to vote here and the draw image is there, plus the video but no opportunity to vote!

Is it my android phone causing the anomaly or a crap club set up on the website?
