looks like he could be signing for Beckham's Inter Miami, decided to turn down the roughly 1 billion offer from the Saudi's apparently

The MLS is a slight step above Saudi Arabia. So it's not as meaningless.

I hope he enjoys his retirement.

I did think he could have done a player-investor role at Burnley. Puts in millions, plays for the club and acts as an international ambassador and effectively makes his own wages. Win-win-win.

It's not like he needs the money, and I'm sure the lifestyle in Miami will be much more enjoyable than Saudi Arabia.

Busquets and Jordi Alba just signed for Inter Miami, getting the band back together
