We don’t look nearly ready for Premier League football. I think last season’s team beats today’s side. How the hell have we spent almost £100m and gone backwards?

Bruun Larsen is right to be annoyed. Once again he made a palpable difference. Didn't deserve to be pulled.
Protecting our goal difference as it might come down to that at the end of the season

I could understand the Ramsey situation at Luton but today

Last season's team beats these wet wipes 3 or 4 nil.

I've never known a team and manager to go so far backwards having been promoted.

I think Pace will be quicker to push the button than the previous regime.

If it’s the same against Bournemouth then it’s a no brainer to replace him. Utterly pointless to stick with someone when it’s going so badly.

The more the season goes on the more convinced I am that this season is a cat walk to show off our players on the big stage so we can sell them all for huge profit, regardless of the outcome of the season.

I don’t truly believe there’s any real intention of staying up this year.

Doesn’t matter what the finances are, we would get immediately promoted as long as we don’t **** the bed and sack Kompany. If some players leave, we’d spend on others (like last time).

I’m relaxed about relegation - just frustrated as I fully believe if we had signed THB, Maatsen and especially NATHAN TELLA and not dropped the majority of the team like Zaroury and Benson, we’d be mid table. We need evolution, not Revolution.

Tbf you don’t know what we have and certainly can’t state any facts without seeing our accounts. Not sure if you have been following the takeover thread but there’s new investment into the ownership ground of around 80m.
I did see that.

It’s either creative accounting or some investment yes - that no doubt wants a return on, so again, not cash that the club has generated.

But surely the alarm bells are starting to ring. Brentford without their main striker and with no home wins this season. It's these sort of games you need to draw away and win at home in order to stay in the PL.
Why should the alarm bells be ringing? We’re not even a quarter of the season in yet!
Brentford are a very good team, even without their main striker, like us they’ve had some worldies scored against them, that have changed their games, ran Man Utd very close last time out.
Our problem is that we haven’t got a settled, established Team yet.
Give them a bit of time and a chance.

I suppose that was Traffords fault as well? Not the defence camping on the 6 yard line and nobody anywhere near closing the guy down...

Of course it does matter, we have books to balance, our cash flow would look horrific after relegation.

Can’t see many wanting to buy these trotters either

The whole feeling around the team will have completely changed if we carry on like this for the rest of the season.

It's no coincidence we keep conceding 'great goals from distance', were giving top players time and space to pick a corner and deliver a strike under no pressure.

McNeil had 3.5 years of premier league football behind him with a spell as our best player
Cornet was our top scorer
Collins we made our money back on

We won't make money back on O'Shea, Berge, Tresor or Ramsey as it's going, the rest it's a tossup.
