There are many reasons I much enjoy the Championship more than the Premiership and this is one of them. Us being competitive, no VAR and less fan entitlement being the main other ones.

The FA,Football League and the Premier League are doingtheir best to destroy football,if we win I’ll watch it on MOTD ,Sky Tv and every media under the sun ,and also watch other matches involving relegation rivals,if we lose ,or have a bad performance like last Friday I don’t want to know ,so they either throw a winter break in ,they alter the fix’s so you don’t play for 18/20 days ,or they have a friendly international against The Isle of Man,the market teams must be as thick as pig ****.🤬🤬

Just a way of minimising AFCON without admitting it

Yeah and it starts about 4 games in (was it 3 for us cos of the Luton fiasco?)

Feels like it's the run up before xmas when the season gets going finally, then bam, "winter break"

Isn’t VAR in the championship next year?

I don’t think so? Or if it is, I heard it was VAR lite?

I think come May we'll have one hell of a gap before our defence (dis)graces the Premier league again.

This season from hell though, it's nice to have 3 successive Saturday/Sundays not tainted by the stress of the Clarets playing. Granted the Luton result intruded on weekend one slightly but i was largely over it (or at least past caring now) by the time I'd breakfasted on the Saturday morning.

I think it has the opposite effect with me, I just want to get back on it.
Despite it being hard on the pocket I loved the Saturday/ Tuesday thing last season.

I’m enjoying not being miserable at the weekend to be honest. :-)
