I assume you've added the prefix 'pea' just so the suffix makes it past the censor? The guy has no idea how to referee a game of football. He's an absolute idiot and is a shining example of just how poor officiating in this country has become. It's embarrassing and yet Howard Webb and his wife seem to occasionally appear telling everyone how 'they're doing their best' and make complete faecal matter up every time he in particular speaks on the topic of dreadful decisions. It extracts the urine.
