Just for info, the plan for Block 2 is the wrong way round. Seat 47 should be on the left and seat 102 on the right.

Very strange this morning - tried to order three seats at the end of a row but when I went to pay the aisle seat had been removed. Tried a few times and the same thing happened so I then tried the three seats after the aisle seat and it allowed that.

Looks as though they are paper tickets too - I was given the option of post or collect.

Now it won't let me buy them as i have more than one order despite clearing my basket and it saying 0. Does anyone know how long it takes to refresh or how to clear it as it is stopping me purchasing despite me clearing my basket, search history etc.

I'd given them a call if you can, get them to order them that way. A friend of mine has just phoned and he's struggling. Strangely, it allowed me two and then I was able to add a third, but they didn't know about the issue until I phoned.

Will leave it till 11 and see if it sorts itself out as it sometimes gives a time remaining to purchase so may just need that to count down but if it doesn't work i'll give them a call. Thanks

I've just done a quick test and tried to put five tickets in my basket. It's allowed me to do it so maybe they've resolved it.

Strangely, it allowed me to buy two but not the three I wanted but I know others who couldn't get more than one. Monday mornings on ticket days are very stressful.

Do we know if its paper tickets or digital? They sent my Liverpool tickets to my parents email address and seemingly they may have done the same again despite asking the ticket office to sort out the email. Everything should have been signed up to me.

I've started adding that information to the ticketing page for each game. As Leisure has said in his reply, these are paper tickets.

I would have thought that 3 would have been put on sale by now but maybe Saturday now.

This happens too often - it really shouldn't be that difficult. Like it's put together by people who think it's not important.

They released the Paddock with the back half never going on sale.

No surprise they are the best seats, they have to get their moneys worth.
