I have not had any email from the club yet regarding season tickets.

Yes we received two emails both on Wednesday.

“After much consideration we are pleased to announce that 2024/25 season tickets are now available for renewal.

As you currently pay direct debit for your season ticket, there is nothing further required if you wish to renew. This will happen automatically, and the first payment will be taken on Thursday 2nd May 2024 and will then be followed by 11 equal monthly payments and a final taken on Wednesday 2nd April 2025. The ticket office will contact you shortly with the payment schedule for your direct debit.”

“If you wish not to renew for the 2024/25 season, please contact the ticket office on ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com by Friday 19thApril and we will cancel your direct debit”.

Second one not long after the first just had the pricing amendments.
“We wanted to make you aware of the price amendments to your season ticket. Please see the updated pricing grid below.”

Other than the email confirmation when I order tickets online, I don’t receive any emails from the club

Apparently if you haven’t received an email then all your points will be wiped at the end of the season
