Re coaches imo it makes sense to recruit from within as our players nearing the end of thier careers have a lot to offer.Major blunder on the coaching front was not retaining Billy Mercer. Our present goalkeeping coach has failed miserably to correct Traffs flaws.

Billy Mercer was the best thing that Brian Laws brought to the club.Woodleyclaret wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 10:14 amRe coaches imo it makes sense to recruit from within as our players nearing the end of thier careers have a lot to offer.Major blunder on the coaching front was not retaining Billy Mercer. Our present goalkeeping coach has failed miserably to correct Traffs flaws.
It would have been fascinating to see what he did with keepers who were given more of a remit to play more of a passing game.
