Quite possibly one of the most boring champions to ever watch. Tippy tappy shite is ruining the sportTricky Trevor wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2024 10:51 pmCity are so 1 dimensional. Get it out wide, get to the goalline and play it into the heart of the box on the ground. RM brilliantly drilled to expect it. Congrats Ancelotti.
No shots from outside the box, even though they scored 2 in Madrid, no crosses in the air all night, even though Haaland is 6’3”.
I wanted City to win but they still bore me.

City and Arsenal getting dumped out on the same night is great, hopefully Atalanta complete their job tonight as well to make it a perfect European midweek.

Half chances really. I don’t remember RMs keeper making a great save.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 12:30 amand it's not like they didn't create chances against a team that hardly got more than 20 yards from their goal for 119 mins.

It’s an odd outlook on football to watch two mega-wealthy, modern-day giants clash and somehow come out criticising the team who attempted to attack and play football, whilst lauding a team that put in the kind of performance that had me yearning for the return of the away goal rule.
