Philippines National Anthem vs British National Anthem

I am currently living in the Philippines and have done for 4 and a half years now.
I hear it being played every morning when I take our Daughter to her school. All of the students,teachers and all other Filipinos have their right hand pressed against their heart and sing out loud and with pride.
I like the sound and the words and no mention of God even though the Philippines is one of the most deeply religious countries in the world.

The lyrics are about the Philippines and that's it and that's what it should be. And I really like the sound as well as the words.

The words of our anthem means nothing to me and it is just a boring dirge

I love it when i go to places where they all proudly sing even though i don't understand the words but put my hand on my heart..
