Not many better CH pairings than Tarks & Braithwaite. Not sure what that muppet Southgate saw in playing Maguire instead of giving Braithwaite time in what was a friendly.Maguire is not going to get better but Braithwait is
Agree on all of that, particularly the muppet bit.
But his biggest gaffe was not giving Tarky a chance. From memory he played him at left back (!) and he is farand away the best deputy to Stones at RCB. The guy is superb, I think he is great, he clearly thinks the same way about us, and I wish him all the best.

You could see how tense most of the Everton crowd were until very late on.
It was like us when we were trying to break our hoodoo against Rovers.

See Palace won again - I'm sure the resident self-proclaimed football expert 'KRBFC' will be along again to tell me that Glasner hasn't transformed them...

I've just come back from Goodison, I sat in the main stand. It was an electric atmosphere tonight.

Yeah there was a lot of noise, but there was also the TV cameras zooming in on fans with head in hands, watching through fingers etc..everytime Liverpool went forward.
When you have been beat so many times off your rivals, it's hard to believe you can win.

The atmosphere at Goodison sounded brilliant. Everton looked well up for it and deserved the win.
I thought Rooney was very good as a pundit as well, he had some good insights.

Tarkowski is the most important centre back in any team. He grows each year.

Good decision to give the free kick for City’s second. Nasty tackle from the grass.

Attempting to beat City playing possession based football is an almost impossible task as City’s record of winning 12 out of the last 14 meetings and tonight’s score line suggests.

Yes and definitely one of Dyche's best signings of many good ones. He wanted hin before he went to Brentford bit we couldn't afford the 300k at the time.

Its hard to see City dropping another point now, especially now they've no European distractions.

Callum Styles plays for Hungary which is pretty left-field.
In 2012 Poland had two French players at the Euro in their own country and Ukraine. Obraniak and Perquis had Polish roots. Obraniak sounds fairly Polish but Perquis doesn't cut it.
However, Tarkowski ticks that box.
