Was a great weekend and the result capped it off. Hats off to the guys that organised it for us. And what a great pair of blokes Mike and Nathan were. Very friendly.

Absolutely love this. Prior to having kids me and the Mrs saved hard and managed to get to Australia 3 times before the first was born 12 years ago.

We are heading back down under next Christmas (co inciding with The Ashes) taking our 12 and 10 year old lads hoping they will love Oz like we do. Only a couple of days cricket here and there, as there is a lot to show the youngsters.

Would love to get on some sort of meet like this, will definitely be in Melbourne and Sydney.

Great to see Nathan Peel looking well, top man. He coached the local Ribblesdale school team to a host of local trophies plus finalists in the full England Schoolboys FA cup, the latter was no mean feat as in those days the top teams were often outlets for academies - they beat one such team in the semifinals but came across one filled with Palace lads in the final. All the best to everyone !
