Today's Game
The "Welshness" of being from Wales being milked to death so far on television, it would be such a shame if Wales were to mess up....

Re: Today's Games
National League semi into extra time and the 'likeable' Gary Johnson's team just gone 3-2 up in extra time.

Plays for Borussia Mönchengladbach. Doesn’t have much of a record in the Bundesliga.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 3:11 pmthat Embolo lad looks a beast of a player, don't know anything about him but he has some serious power

Re: Today's Games
Ward the Welsh keeper is having a blinder. I presume he’s number two to Schmeichel at Leicester so this is a big step up for him.
Re: Today's Games
Some amazing saves by Ward. Amazing to think he's never played a league game for Leicester and he signed in 2018.

Re: Today's Games
Been at Leicester three years but not played a league game got them. Had a run in the Huddersfield team but hardly had much of a playing career.

Re: Today's Games
Ward MoM anyone?
Re: Today's Games
Two incredibly poor sides.
Re: Today's Games
I'll settle for a point as we don't really deserve it. That plan didn't really work.
Connor Roberts is a liability in a back 4. We need pace on both sides. Strangely, having one of bale or Ramsey out permanently injured has transformed us into a good counterattacking, pressing side but not in that heat or by lining up that way in the heat with lots of older players.
Ampadu in for Morrell. n. Williams in as a wingback for Roberts. Brooks in opposite Dan James. That leaves us needing to bench Moore or bale or Allen depending on formation required for the forward spine, and where turkeys weaknesses are - but it's difficult to assess that on their Italy performance.
Press turkey and they looked iffy. That wasn't the right starting line up for a full press.

Re: Today's Games
Didn’t watch the game but with the 4 best 3rd place finishers going through to the second round you would expect 4 points to almost certainly guarantee progression. So not a bad point for Wales.

Bbc saying he collapsed as a throw in was taken towards him.
Re: Today's Games
Do they know if they’ve managed to stabilise him? I’m watching in a restaurant with the sound off. It’s heartbreaking to see

Re: Today's Games
No update. Didn’t look good though when it was showing the closeups of him. Not responsive at all.
I don’t know why they didn’t just cut to the studio when it became clear something was seriously wrong.
