No season tickets on sale.
This is pecking my head now.
How come you cannot buy a season ticket for anywhere in the ground and yet you can buy a ticket for the Brighton game.
What is going on? This cannot be to do with changing rooms etc.
I emailed the ticket office, six hours ago.......no reply as yet.
Come on Alan....you need to start sacking people.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I bet it wasn't off all day yesterday?
I tried all day yesterday too.
At least for the Brighton game you can get as far as seeing which seats are available.
You cannot even get that far on season tickets.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I’ve lived in Burnley near the ground my whole life and don’t think I’ve ever had a power cut.
Re: No season tickets on sale.
They weren't taking card payments when I went in the shop today.
The lights were flickering but still on.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I'm guessing that they've suspended ST sales as they may have to relocate everyone from the home section of the CFS if it can't be used for the Brighton game due to Covid protocol issues.
Re: No season tickets on sale.
Why can't the CFS be used when the rest of the ground will be fully open?

The club is a joke been on ticket website to order brighton tickets but you cant even do that. Losing the will after years going home and away really cant understand why they cant get anything right. Beggars belief

Re: No season tickets on sale.
For the Cádiz game the club said: “As a red zone, in line with Covid-19 restrictions, tickets cannot be purchased for the Cricket Field Stand.”
Re: No season tickets on sale.
Covid restrictions have been lifted......havn't they ?

Re: No season tickets on sale.
Is the Cricket Field end closure a local authority thing as there are no national restrictions any more?
Re: No season tickets on sale.
What’s the problem trying to get Brighton tickets?

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I had a look earlier and it wouldn't let me go to stand/block/seat selection until I'd clicked on the 'terms and conditions ' tab, did that went back and no problems.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
If there are no Clarets in the CF, I hope they offer ST refundsyto those of us affected. I do not want to be offered seats in the lower tiers. I'd rather have my brass back and call it a day.
It's all getting beyond a joke, and the lack of information coming out of the club is amateurish at best.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I know the visiting team at Goodison we’re getting changed by the away entrance and entering the field via the corner where the away fans usually are
Be interesting to see their arrangements for their opening game against Southampton

Home tickets can be bought for the Brighton game in Cricketfield, surely if there was a problem the tickets wouldn't be available?

It’s closed on Saturday because it’s in the red zone under the Premier League protocols.kendaldave wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 8:49 pmIs the Cricket Field end closure a local authority thing as there are no national restrictions any more?

And these are the reasons I can't be ar*ed even thinking about going to a match in the near future. This is from someone who has had a ST since the mid sixties. Chaos reigns supreme.

Nobody is saying there is a problem getting Brighton tickets. The OP said there is a problem buying a season ticketGodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 9:18 pmOperators error by the looks of it, but it's easier to blame the club of course.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
The away dressing room at Goodison was in the car park behind the stand which is behind the goals but they then come round to that corner to enter the field.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
From what I read a week or so ago it was because the Premier League still want social distancing in the tunnel/changing areas and Burnley can't satisfy that requirement by using the existing changing rooms. Therefore, the temporary facilities need to be used which would mean the exit from the CFS is block (or partially) which I'm assuming would be a safety concern.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 9:55 pmIt’s closed on Saturday because it’s in the red zone under the Premier League protocols.
I'm not sure why the temporary facilities couldn't be relocated to behind the North East corner and enter the pitch under the corner stand (like the maintenance equipment does). No different to how Everton had the setup last season. That way the CFS could be opened.

Re: No season tickets on sale.
It really is dreadful, as bad as it’s ever been. I’ve just been on the club’s website and looked at the ‘The return to Turf Moor Information Hub’ and big news, we will be allowed up to 3,500 on last season’s Liverpool game.Barry_Chuckle wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 9:16 pmthe lack of information coming out of the club is amateurish at best.

This socially distancing in the tunnels is absolute nonsense and nothing more than theatre.bf2k wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 9:16 amFrom what I read a week or so ago it was because the Premier League still want social distancing in the tunnel/changing areas and Burnley can't satisfy that requirement by using the existing changing rooms. I’m due in a meeting this evening with the Premier League on the return of fans. If there is anything of value that I’m able to pass on I will do.

Not unless there are representatives of Burnley FC there.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 9:28 amI’m due in a meeting this evening with the Premier League on the return of fans. If there is anything of value that I’m able to pass on I will do.
If there are:
1/. Why can we not buy season tickets online, for any part of the ground, but we can buy Brighton tickets for any part of the ground?
2/. How long does it take the ticket office to answer an email sent 24 hours ago, from somebody interested in buying a season ticket, and wanting to give the club £360?
3/. Why are the club not communicating with fans over this issue? The inability to buy season tickets online has been apparent all day Monday (2nd.)
all day Tuesday (3rd) and up to luchtime on Weds (4th) and still counting.

It’s a meeting between PL & supporter reps so not club specific.2 Bee Holed wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 11:39 amNot unless there are representatives of Burnley FC there.

Actually, I see they have managed to get a message out on their website.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 11:48 amIt’s a meeting between PL & supporter reps so not club specific.
These problems must have started on Monday then, 2.5 days to fix and still ongoing.
Ticket Office now shut until further notice.
Can't the staff access emails from elsewhere?
Re: No season tickets on sale.
You are just a fan, you aren't worthy of communication..... can't believe some people think they deserve to know about ticket information!Barry_Chuckle wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 9:16 pmand the lack of information coming out of the club is amateurish at best.
Re: No season tickets on sale.
Not what you call, 'out of the blocks at pace!'.
If folk go and are not replaced, then the gap will become like a chasm in comms terms.
Very unprofessional.

Are we budget cutting the staff to pay this loan?

Re: No season tickets on sale.
I didn't get my early bird tickets as I had no log in due to account issues (long winded but I am tech savvy and it flummoxed me). So I paid the £10 deposit over the phone, the girl who did it was very helpful.
So to sort the season ticket I emailed. I live too far away to pop in and emailed about it. Duly missed the early bird deadline
Emailed again about at least trying to honour the deadline. Nope. Computer says no.
Few more emails to and fro. Nothing but short and unhelpful emails.
The club have now lost out on me buying 1 adult and 2 kids tickets. I won't be following it up. Fedup sums up my situation.
